Noodle Salad


Bored of pasta salads for lunch? Try a noodle salad instead! You can pack them full of fresh veggies and add your dressing at the last minute to avoid soggy noodles!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 packed of vermicelli noodles
  • 1x cucumber
  • 1x carrot
  • 1x fresh chilli
  • Coriander
  • 1x lime

Method

  1. Cook your vermicelli noodles as per the packet instructions, and then rinse with cold water.
  2. Finely slice your favorite veggies (we've used cucumber and carrot!)
  3. Mix through the veggies and the noodles
  4. In your GLAD Snap Lock bag, combine rice wine vinegar and fish sauce and add finely sliced chilli to taste.
  5. Enjoy your noodle salad wherever you are by mixing through the dressing and topping with fresh coriander or mint just before eating!
