Jam Stacks

These easy-peasy jam stacks make a perfect sweet treat for breakfast in bed or a Saturday brunch.


  • Original flavoured pancake mix, made up according to directions on package
  • Jam of choice: blackberry/blueberry/strawberry
  • Cream or vanilla ice-cream


  1. Preheat frypan on high and line with MONO Baking Paper. Reduce heat and cook pancakes according to directions on package. Cover with MONO Foil and keep warm in a low heat oven.
  2. Spread a layer of jam on one pancake and top with another pancake.
  3. Continue until the stack is 6–8 pancakes high.
  4. Cut into wedges and serve with cream or ice cream.
