Honey Mustard Drumsticks

These delicious honey mustard drumsticks make a great family-friendly meal that won’t break the budget.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup clear honey
  • ½ cup German mustard
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Combine honey, mustard and curry powder in a small microwave safe GLAD Ware container. Heat in microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Line a microwave casserole dish with GLAD Cooking Paper and place the chicken drumsticks in the dish.
  3. Pour the honey, mustard and curry powder mixture over the chicken making sure each drumstick is coated.
  4. Cover and cook in the microwave on high for 6 minutes.
  5. Turn each drumstick and cook on high for a further 6–8 minutes.
  6. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
