
Ham and Cheese Wraps
Ingredients
- 3 tortilla wraps
- 3 tbsp cream cheese, mayonnaise, chutney or hummus spread
- 6 slices shaved ham
- 1 avocado (ripe, pitted, peeled, sliced)
- 3-4 lettuce leaves
- 1 carrot, sliced into thin stripes
Method
- Spread tortillas lightly with cream cheese or hummus.
- Arrange ham and lettuce evenly over 3 pieces of tortilla, then add avocado slices and carrot strips in bunches with most at one end.
- Roll up firmly, starting at the end with the most filling.
- The cream cheese or spread helps to hold the wrap together, so make sure there is some along the last end to get rolled up.
- Wrap each tortilla individually with GLAD Cling Wrap to secure wrap and filling.
