- 1 kg white scallop meat
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped lemongrass
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger
- ½ cup finely sliced shallots
- Marinate the scallops in a blend of sesame and peanut oils, lemongrass and ginger for about an hour.
- Once marinated, drain the scallops then line a bamboo steamer with GLAD Cooking Paper.
- Place the scallops on the GLAD Cooking Paper and cook for 3–5 minutes in the covered steamer.
- Serve with the finely chopped shallots.
