MONO^® Baking Paper has a special double-sided non-stick coating, so there is no need to grease or flour the paper. It peels away easily from food and trays, so cleaning up after baking has never been easier.

MONO Baking Paper is heat resistant up to 230^◦C and can be used in conventional and microwave ovens.

Use to line cake and sponge tins, biscuit and muffin trays, bread pans and flan dishes.

Also ideal for rolling pastry or dough, or lining steamed pudding basins.
