BetterLiving.co.nz provides a facility for businesses to advertise lifestyle related products and services on-line. Some advertisements in our directory are maintained electronically by the advertisers themselves without our involvement and some have links to advertisers' own web sites. Although we ask advertisers to make sure their advertisements in our directory and on their own linked web sites are accurate, we are not responsible for checking them and make no representation about the accuracy or truth of any advertisement.
4. Your Dealings with Advertisers on Our Site
We are not the agent of any advertiser listed on BetterLiving.co.nz Directory. We do not endorse advertisers or their products and services and have no control over the quality, safety, suitability, legality, availability or price of any product or service advertised in the NZ Lifestyle Planner. We are not involved, on behalf of either you or the advertiser, in any dealing resulting from your use of our directory. You must communicate and deal with advertisers directly to complete transactions or resolve problems arising from them.
5. Using Information About Use of Our Directory

To help us provide high quality directory and advertising services for both users and advertisers, and other services for our other customers, we may collect and store information about the way the website is being used (such as how many computers are accessing it and which browsers are being used) and the products and services advertised or ordered via the directory. Our BetterLiving.co.nz website is located in New Zealand and all services we provide via the directory are provided in New Zealand under New Zealand law. You may take action against us only in a New Zealand Court. This applies whether you are using the directory from inside or outside New Zealand.
10. Refunds

11. Currency
The price advertised by the BetterLiving.co.nz may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
12. Competitions
Opportunity to Win $10 000, One contestant will be drawn and your name can only be drawn once. The contestant gets a set of 12 items (usually envelopes) numbered 1 - 12. The contestant will pick 5 items from their set of 12 items. We will provide each contestant with a set of 12 items (usually envelopes) numbered 1-12. The number on each corresponds to the bag number that they will open. There will be a letter/symbol in each bag and 5 of those letters/symbols spell S-T-Y-L-E. If the contestant opens the items one at a time and spells STYLE they win the prize of $10 000.
All winners of competitions run on BetterLiving.co.nz will be given 5 (five) working days to acknowledge and confirm there entry or another entry will be drawn. All members wishing to enter competitions run on BetterLiving.co.nz must adhere to the individual terms and conditions of that competition to be eligible to enter.
If the $10 000 is not won, a guarenteed second prize will be provided.

You may change/edit your personal details or email options at anytime be logging into your account an selecting edit your registration details.
BetterLiving.co.nz will not sell or give away your personal information to any other person, company or organisation, unless:
