We are not the agent of any advertiser listed on BetterLiving.co.nz Directory. We do not endorse advertisers or their products and services and have no control over the quality, safety, suitability, legality, availability or price of any product or service advertised in the NZ Lifestyle Planner. We are not involved, on behalf of either you or the advertiser, in any dealing resulting from your use of our directory. You must communicate and deal with advertisers directly to complete transactions or resolve problems arising from them.

11. Currency
The price advertised by the BetterLiving.co.nz may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
12. Competitions
All winners of any competitions run on BetterLiving.co.nz will be given 5 (five) working days to acknowledge and confirm there entry or another entry will be drawn. All members wishing to enter competitions run on BetterLiving.co.nz must adhere to the individual terms and conditions of that competition to be eligible to enter.

You may change/edit your personal details or email options at anytime be logging into your account an selecting edit your registration details.
