Easter Carrot Treat This is a pretty simple treat to make and will put a big smile on any kids face. You will need: a see-through disposable cake decorating bag bag of cruncheese or any puffed cheese crisps - for the orange of your carrot green plastic wrap orange curling ribbon Instructions: Make sure the tip of the cake decroating bag has one cheese puff blocking the opening. Fill the rest of the bag with cheesy crisps until its 3/4 full. Cut a 3 inch square of green wrap and place this around top of bag.

Use the curling ribbon to secure the green wrap and the top of the bag - at the end you should have something that looks like a funny carrot :)

Chocolate Easter Eggs

You will need:

Easter Egg Mould

2C(12oz)semisweet chocolate chips

2tbsp shortening

Instructions:

In double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate chips and

shortening, stirring until smooth.

Spoon hot chocolate into mould. Let the chocolate cool a little and then place in fridge to chill. Once the chocolates are chilled, you should be able to lightly tap on the back of the mould to remove them - make sure to tap the mould over a safe, clean surface.
